JFK made this speech after Robert Kennedy told him the CIA was lying to the President about intelligence to fullfill their goals. RFK basically discovered that much of the so called "cold war" intel about Russia was fraudulent and specifically desigend to once again give the people an illusion of a threat. it wasnt even 5 years after world war 2 that the new enemy USSR replaced NAzi germany. Then as soon as USSR fell it was Middle eastern "terrorism" lol! AMericans are soooo stupid!

ANd yet people actually think LEe harvey oswald killed JFk lol! HOw in the heck can you NOT believe the government killed JFK after hearing this? lol! At (1:16) he even says "Its dissenters are SILENCED, not praised". JFK, in this one speech, basically told America that we are NOT a free country. That a ruthless, secretive cabal actually control the government. BUt of course Teddy roosevellt said the same when he said there is an "invisible" government that lies BEHIND the ostensible.

Look at how Bush even stole the Presidency from Al Gore. Bush's family is skull & bones and CIA. Both extremely secretive. And there is a very corrupt element in the CIA Kennedy was warning about.

He is talking about the CIA. He fired the CIA director Allen Dulles crippling the CIA. It is very secretive and he knew it was having more control than him, the president. Daddy Bush was a CIA man and denied it - very secretive. Kennedy knew what certain elements of the CIA were capable of after Bay of Pigs he was very concerned about the CIA. He was warning us, if they got to powerful. He was right. Dead right. More powerful than the president.
