How can you possibly control anything as corrupt as Congress? Not to mention a Whitehouse that is full of criminals and a media that is controlled by large Corps? Just by looking at polls it is evident that a large part of the elecorate is either ignorant or ...WHAT? And the Dems will lose by a slim margin just like before.....US democracy? To protect against pernicious riders, Congress should be prohibited from voting on a bill less than 3-7 business days after the most recent modification. The most recent form of the bill, and a chronological record of all changes, must be open to the public at all times.

Tight controls must be placed on non-scheduled legislative sessions. If legislation is passed ( e.g.under the pretext of an emergency )in a session scheduled less than one week prior, let the ayes post a bond. If, at the next properly-scheduled session the legislation is not upheld by the 2/3 majority, the legislation expires and the members who originally voted for the bill forfeit their bond money.
