It's not in Russia's interest to flood the market with oil and gas because oil and gas exports is the thing that the Russian economy is still based on as it has been for the past several decades, other than military hardware. It's not in China's interest to harm the US economy since China's economy is based on exports to the US. China harms itself if it harms the US economy.China can't flood the market with oil because China has been a big importer of oil for over 15 years.
