We don't choose where our taxes go. The only way we get to have an effect on taxes is by the people we elect, and I don't know how many times I can say this, the majority of Americans DID NOT vote for Bush! Everyone knows that. It was fixed. Move on. And Iraq is not genocide. Obviously most of the casualties in a war are going to be of the people who live in the area. Was WWII genocide as well because of the vast amount of Japanese people that the U.S. killed? No, it wasn't.
