The comments and assertions of the female speaker is a clear indicator of the nonsense of American foreign policy: the prospective control of nations for resource control, misinterpretation of strategic military powers in the future and an inability to cater to the idea of an ideological misguided leadership. I think CFR's work is decent, flawed in its contribution to American foreign policy but this just reeks of the stuff that makes the world hate America.
