The character of Mr. Burns was originally modeled after Fox Broadcasting Company executive Barry Diller. Throughout the series, the character has come to resemble, in one facet or another, J.P.Morgan, Howard Hughes, William Randolph Hearst, Andrew Carnegie, George Burns, Charles Foster Kane (also fictional), John D. Rockefeller, and others.

The CFR has run the US government since it's formation,in conjunction with the international banking community.Before that it was orchestrated by Edward Mandell House and the Wilson Administration.Centalized banking in a Country means an End to the middle class in it's Host country.The End of the middle class means an end to Freedom in that country.Reference the IRS and the Federal Reserve.Both has it's origin in the Communist platform.
