Even after listening to Kissinger, I still don't know what he means by NWO. Is it the a new UNO but with total power (political, economical, military, police, etc.) on every country? I would ask him, "If all the countries decided on a NWO next week, and you were in charge of setting it up. What would be the result?"

@Poonard Depopulation does not have to be carried out through murder or active intervention. It can be done in a passive way: cease aid to 'developing' countries and cease the development of medical aid in countries where population growth is still being checked by natural processes.
