Hey, everyone knows that the Constitution gives the Federal government the right to issue you "papers" that you are forced to have... even if it didn't, it isn't like it says all rights the Constitution doesn't give to the Fed belongs to the People or the States. Oh wait.... it doesn't say they can do that? And that right goes to the people or the states?Hmmmm..... UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
