Newspaper do not have the same rights as an individual, but I am reasonably sure that there are newspapers that print garbage like that, such publications usually belong to religious groups like KKK and Nation of Islam. The title you posted is not illegal. I personally have the full right to say any racist thing I want. I can say any offensive thing I want, for example I think that religious people are against abortion because they should have been aborted.

"Popular speech does not need protection"- yep freedom of speech implies that we have to suffer through racist speech(you have the right btw), religious idiocy and anything else that we disagree with, but it implies that even idiots like you have the right to express their opinion.

It has nothing to do with terrorism, murder, rape or any of that other bullshit we hear on tv, they use words like dominate and constitution when slamming Islam, but when it comes to EVERYTHING else that the government is taking away from the constitution you NEVER hear that word. Think about it for a second there is a reason, more WHITE people are converting to Islam every year, this isnt by force it is by choice.
