Have you watched the video? It wasn't only fuel and air conditioning system involved (that's what they tested), it needed a spark from those old wires, I guess they were lucky, that they wires on a test plane were intact and that's why it didn't blow up!

No. Watch the video. (part 1 and 2 as well.) It gives a very complete and credible overview of all the investigations that led to this very clear conclusion. Or do you think Boeing would spend hundreds of millions to call back all their planes and modified them for the fun of it?

ALL those crashes? LOL! You got any idea how many flights there are worldwide a day? Your chances to die in a car accident are several orders (10,000 times? 100,000 times?) higher. "All" those crashes get only so much attention because they are very severe and very rare.

No, they did not say that at all. They said that above a certain temperature the fuel gas/air mix becomes explosive, meaning that below that temperature a spark will not ignite it but above this "critical temperature" (not: "flash point") the possibility exists that a spark would ignite it.
