I think this organisation is way too overrated, "producing" just three presidents is not a lot, considering that it was founded in 1832. Maybe there is a lot of secret stuff going on behind that walls, but because of it's secret atmosphere I'm sure that people are making up lots of stories about it so that it gets more interesting than it actually is. Yale is not the only top university and others like Harvard have also influental organisations, having access to the power of the world.
