Wouldn't the Russians, British, islamists and all the rest of them, also be trying ot take over the world ?I mean, its tsill up for grabs by anyone, really. All it would take is a large earthquake, to totally change teh power structure of the world.So they are ALL ready to take advantage of any such situation.
