Do you know what is below Afghanistan? Pakistan and then an ocean that doesn't freeze.Now that was the goal of the soviets, to have the biggest military base right on the Arabian Sea. Just think, they could of controlled all that precious oil traffic. Pretty Awesome goal huh?I say we should have left it alone and let them go ahead.
