I heard about this in college years and years ago: Federal Reserve is made up of private bankers. But the whistle blowing is recent. And after leaving college in the mid 80s and again early 90s...I never heard about it again. No big deal. No press. No complaints or critique by muckracers et al. by the dress and demeanor of these guys in the video I'd say it was made in the 80s
