His point is that mass brainwashing is possible. It goes on every day. How else can you get people to do to serve you and go against what's in their best interest--brainwashing. Righteous wars, my religions is best, people with a different skin color or bad, and on and on it goes.

Yes he is. He's smarter than most. Exactly Hitler did, but 99% of the people didn't want war because war doesn't benefit them. Hitler was a pawn himself.
