The SCARY thing is is that the "Project For a New American Century" was drafted BEFORE 9/11. In the essay, Cheney states that the world will need a some form of "catastrophic event" in order for their plans to take place. Catasphrophic event??? Gee, sounds a little like 9/11 to me!!
