I wonder if she's ever read Chomsky.I would have asked her to justify the sanctions with Cuba - especially as the situation has obviously not changed in nearly 50 years. And if Communism was still a bigger threat than Terrorism, and if the Cuban people would benefit by American influence especially with tourism.

I have a lot of respect for Secretary of State Rice. I would have liked to ask her if in support of democracy in a country the United States should make clear which party they wanted to win by CIA involvement or promising the lifting of sanctions. |
