This is identical to the UK system.Google for Camilla Cavendish and The Times July 2008.The Times has begun a campaign against Child Protection and the Secret Courts.We need to make Child Protection accountable, this secret system is in the UK, US, Canada and Australia.And it's failing all of us equally.
