Yes, and let it continue in this positive way. It is time for the U.S. to ratify the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and follow through with implementing the Non-Proliferation Treaty by working concretely to eliminate nuclear weapons together with other nuclear states. The U.S. must be a positive example that encourages other countries to do the same.
