The Constitution is where the federal government is created. When we created the fed, we listed the limited powers that the fed has. The Constitution also states that whatever powers we are not granting the fed, the fed simply does not have and these powers remain with the people and with the states.Therefore the federal Real ID is un-Constitutional. IT'S TIME TO LEGALIZE THE CONSTITUTION.

yea i heard of that, its unfortunate but not to worryeven if they somehow passed a bill that would make a canada, US, mexico union official.... its just a bill, a piece of papper that the majority will refuse and therfor its imposiblei just dont see it hapening, even if they fully recruit the full US congress and the supreme court the people wont stand for it, and how are they gona enforce it. no way

National ID cardYears ago I would have been againset it, but I was a pot smoking hippie, since then I grew up. Each state has it's own laws about ID cards. Where in one state illegals can't get an ID others will allow them to. Then all they would have to do is move to a state that didn't. Then that state's law will allow them to use the ID from that state to get one in the state the didn't. Illegals learn about this years ago.
