Internationally recognized public health expert Dr. Mary Gilchrist is interviewed in this 29 minute program. Gilchrist is the recently ousted director of the University Hygienic Lab at the University of Iowa. The Pentagon ordered $58 million of Tamiflu for troops. Then, Bush ordered states to buy over $500 million of Tamiflu. Tamiflu is manufactured and marketed by Roche, and Glead receives a 10% royalty. Rumsfeld served as chairman of Gilead before joining the Bush administration and still holds between $5 and 25 million in the company. He reportedly sold shares worth $5 million in 2005.
