@szemkus Haha no hard feelings... the reason I used oligarchy was because in that system power is distributed among much of the wealthy and people that are even related in blood which would often be the case. Whereas plutocracy is mainly just a ruling by the wealthy (which was my main point anyway).

@jcsmtih900 there is difference between an oligarchy and a plutocracy as well as a quaint mixture of both called a plutarchy (political science is rather finite and bitchy). Once again I didn't realize you felt so 'butt hurt' about any of my comments. If someone calls a Corvette an 'Automobile' they're not wrong but they are missing out on some key descriptive nuances. @szemkus You seem to be the only one trying to bring up an argument over word choice. It's really just pathetic that you get on here 8 months after I posted a comment and you take the time to point out (of all the relevant remarks I made) a simple misspelled word when you infact misspell the word "misspell"... and after that you preceed to point out that my opinion in defining our governing system is wrong although your own opinion is infact the very same opinion I had. Did I say "Dumbshit"?

@szemkus Never claimed that you said you were clever, but anyway onto a more relevant and worthwile conversation (I guess)... You talk about a system ruled by the wealthy? And an oligarchy can't be just that? This is like having a stupid debate over whether a country is governed by a republic or a democracy.

I never claimed to be clever (I am rather bereft of using such powerful descriptions such as 'Dumbshit') however facism and socialism are words oft appended to the US Governments description when in simple truth we are governed by a Plutocracy (a system of government ruled by the wealthy), but I wouldn't berate you online for overlooking this possibility, nor would I in person. 3mta3
