Excellent, something everyone should know. Children should be taught this in school - today! It's also called The Hegelian Principle or creating chaos, then bringing about order from the chaos you've created. Also known as the "pressure from above, pressure from below" tactic, then people find themselves in a mess (due to the mess that was created purposely) and they scream for gov't to help them. Let's avoid this, it can lead to dangerous manipulations of society and enslavement. Tell others.
