It did. Starting in 1945. People are mis-interpreting the meaning of NWO. It means the USA being the SOLE global superpower (which it achieved after the fall of the Soviet Union), and ALL other countries being vassal states to the USA (which it is GRADUALLY accomplishing through globalisation). "New World" is the term used to describe America. "New World Order" means Pax Americana. Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, Syria, North Korea are not yet "on board". Wait and see if WWIII breaks out. 50:50.

The New World Order is a fact. Sakasvilli, the Georgian US puppet even mentioned it countless times in public. NWO is a fact, what will happen I have no idea. I think Russia has stalled the NWO for a short amount of time in Georgia but it is far from over. World War 3 is a very real possibility.
