@xrlk72 I wouldn't exactly call Banks growing in size to the point they hold too much capital to fail anything but capitalism. They were successful. They grew in size. end of story. I would have prefered government intervention a long time ago to break up banks at the $50B mark. Then we actually could have let them fail.

@Craigipedia Agreed. At least with ron paul you can disagree with him on positions becuase you think there are better solutions. Not because his solutions have zero bases in fact like most republican positions.End all income tax and cut the budget - I can respect thatEnd tax for the top brackets and increase the budget - Republican nonsense I have not time for.

Maybe because Ron Paul is so DESPERATE for votes -Is why he turnes to the internet for drugees and US enemies and terrorists

@Craigipedia that's his right of opinion. As long as his governing is good - what does it affect you whether he believes in Jesus, the pink elephant or nothing at all? If he talks sense, why not give him chance? BEtter than following a one slogan man "yes we can" and all the right personality traits only to end up bitterly disappointed?

Listen, everybody, and listen well. YOU, that's right, YOU have to become a PCP, a pricinct commitee person in your county! If the office is occupied by someone else, file for the neighboring precinct. WE THE PEOPLE can elect Ron Paul in 2012, because the PCP's of this country, by county, are the ones who vote in the primary elections. WE CAN DO IT!

"RP says a lot of sensible things but he's STILL part of the GOP and that doesn't make sense at all. He's guilty by association with Bush, Cheney and the PNAC on that count no matter how many times he says othewise. "No, it is this two-party system that is at fault. No one can get in office without being a part of one or the other. Now that we see what the true policies of the Democrats are, it is obvious they are the same as the Republicans.

Look at what happened to the Democrats within six months. |
