Debating the Form of Iraq’s New Government
An interesting discussion from NPR’s All Things Considered, August 11, 2005 · The form of Iraq’s new government is a hotly contested issue as the country shapes its constitution. The talks reflect the concerns of Kurds in the north; Shiite Muslims who were repressed under Saddam Hussein; minority Sunni Muslims; and women who fear losing their rights.
