Congressman Alan Grayson Disses His Own Party Upon Conquer
Grayson tried to beat Republicans by behaving like one and it didn’t work. Grayson’s willingness to make politically incorrect assertions about the Republican opposition attracted attention beyond his Florida legislative region. Grayson’s partisan zeal did not keep him from getting reelected and he described the defeat of his party on a national scale the fruits of “appeasement”.
Alan Grayson pulls no punches
U.S Rep Alan Grayson was a rich lawyer in Orlando, Fla. when he ran for Congress in 2008. From the beginning of his term as a Democratic congressman he threw rhetorical bombs at the opposition. The saying, “Don’t get sick and if you do get sick, die quickly,” is the Republican alternatives to the health care bill. Grayson has openly voiced his opinions of those who criticize the President by calling them things like, “Bozo the spokesman” and “K street whore.”
To bad “Taliban Dan” worked against Grayson
This term is to mark the end of Grayson. ”Taliban Dan” was the term he tried giving his opponent, FL legislature for 28-years, Daniel Webster. That nickname may have contributed to Grayson’s 17 point margin lose at the midterm elections.
Grayson puts his foot in his mouth
Grayson is a sore loser. He continued to slam people after losing a week later. He had been contradicting the explanation for the Democrats set back in the house. While most pundits are saying that the Democrats tried to do too much, Grayson said Democrats weren’t aggressive enough. Grayson feels that there had been too much trying to make everyone happy rather than doing what needed to be done, and that this contributed to a weak political society.
